Discover The Loquat, a bright and breezy converted garage nestled among citrus and loquat trees in the enchanting Samarkand neighborhood of Santa Barbara. Just a leisurely 10-minute stroll from Cottage Hospital and 5 min walk to some of Santa Barbara's best coffee shops and restaurants, this newly furnished retreat offers a blend of comfort and convenience. Perfect for medical staff, university staff or anyone looking for mid-term corporate housing.

Unwind in the queen bedroom adorned with a day bed, TV, and Sonos sound system, complemented by a full-size closet. The living room has a large couch that converts out to a Queen. Two adults maximum allowed, with up to an additional two kids or one adult and three kids. The spacious kitchenette boasts a fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee pot, french press, dishware, Breville combo oven, microwave, air fryer, induction hotplate, and premium cookware. The open living room features a vaulted redwood ceiling, a SmartTV, dining area, and a convenient office desk.

As you gaze out of your window, be captivated by orange trees, lemon trees and loquat trees, and step onto your private 10x10 deck adorned with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. Nestled on the same property, our welcoming family includes myself, my husband, our vivacious 7-year-old son, and our charming 12-pound black and white Golden Doodle. We're always here to help if you need us but the Loquat is farther away from our home than our neighbors so you're sure to enjoy all the privacy and peacefulness that you need. Parking is on the street and you walk down the driveway past our house to the bottom of the driveway where the Loquat sits. It's the perfect cozy Santa Barbara home away from home. Utilities are included. Note: there is no AC or washer/dryer at this rental.
