Perched on the cliff above the ocean, this unique round house and detached guest studio offer sweeping ocean views, modern coastal luxury, and beach access just a 2-minute walk away. Newly remodeled and furnished, this 3 bed/3 full bath home sleeps up to 6 adults and features AC, an open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling ocean views, espresso machine, beach gear and a spacious yard and deck. You’re in great hands with our experienced local co-host Jayla with Atlas Vacations.

MAIN HOUSE:
The main house is compact and cozy, but thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxed coastal stay. It has:
* Two bedrooms (one king and one queen)

* Two remodeled full bathrooms

* The primary bedroom has a King bed with Smart TV, bedside charger, lounge chair, blackout curtains and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate deep soaking tub

* The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV, bedside charger, blackout curtains and closet space with full guest bathroom down the hall with walk-in shower

DETACHED GUEST CASITA:
This is a one bedroom detached studio with a king bed and ensuite full bath, kitchenette, dining for two, washer dryer, blackout curtains, ceiling fan and mini-split heat/AC.
The separate guest house adds privacy and flexibility, making it perfect for another couple, visiting in-laws, extended stay guests, or a quiet remote-work setup.

LOCATION
You are just a 2-minute walk to Santa Barbara’s famous Thousand Steps beach access (150 steps down to the beach), where you can stroll the sand in the morning, catch the sunset, explore the tide pools, or wander by the water any time of day.

It's a flat walk to Shoreline Park, which is also just a short 5-minute walk away, with miles of paved coastal walking/bike paths leading past the harbor, Stearns Wharf, and all the way toward Montecito by foot or bike.

You’ll also be close to Mesa favorites like Lazy Acres Natural Market, Lighthouse Coffee, and local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Downtown Santa Barbara, the harbor, Stearns Wharf, and the Funk Zone are all just a short drive or bike ride away.

GOOD TO KNOW
Because of the cliffside location, this home is NOT suitable for children or pets.

Note on beach access: it is a long set of steps down to the beach. It's called Thousand Steps but is actually around 150 steps.

This is the ideal getaway for a couple looking for a quiet oceanfront escape, a remote-work retreat, or a small group of friends wanting to relax, reconnect, and soak up the best of Santa Barbara’s coastal lifestyle.

PLEASE NOTE:
NO parties of any kind are permitted. Please read our house rules before booking. Due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood and close proximity of neighbors, no more than 6 adults are allowed at this property at one time.
A separate renters agreement and security deposit is required. If you book with more than the max guest count or with children or pets we will have to cancel your reservation.
