LOCATION
You are just a 2-minute walk to Santa Barbara’s famous Thousand Steps beach access (150 steps), where you can stroll the sand in the morning, catch the sunset, or wander by the water any time of day.

It's a flat walk to Shoreline Park, which is also just a short 5-minute walk away, with miles of coastal paths leading past the harbor, Stearns Wharf, and all the way toward Montecito by foot or bike.

You’ll also be close to Mesa favorites like Lazy Acres Natural Market, Lighthouse Coffee, and local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Downtown Santa Barbara, the harbor, Stearns Wharf, and the Funk Zone are all just a short drive or bike ride away.

Because of the cliffside location, this home is not suitable for children or pets.

Note on beach access: it is a long set of steps down to the beach. It's called Thousand Steps but is actuall around 150 steps.
