Each of the cozy, yet spacious, bedrooms have high-quality comfortable beds, new mattresses, and dressers to help you get settled in and feel at home. The pitched rustic ceilings upstairs create a cozy, warm vibe in these charming rooms and the downstairs bedroom is what you could call, a “chambre de rêve” - a dream room with total privacy and an entrance to the back yard/patio.

2 Bathrooms- 6 guest bath robes are included for use

Each of these bathrooms are new and beautifully designed. 

 

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES:

A deck with a top-of-the-line gas BBQ and an outdoor fire pit & outdoor seating with a view of the pond are just a few highlights that will keep you and your family and friends thoroughly entertained without even leaving the property. There is a bocce ball court on the north side of the lawn and bocce set at the included. Whether relaxing out side by the pond in the summer or snowshoeing out your front door in the winter, there's an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors year round.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note, on all eligible refunds, there is a 6% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees (we get charged 3% for the deposit transaction and 3% to refund the transaction).
