This one-of-a-kind, spectacular home is only 4 miles from the historic village of Stowe and centrally located among some of Vermont’s best ski areas—Stowe Mountain Resort, Bolton Valley, Sugarbush Resort, and Mad River.

From the moment you pull in the driveway you’ll be in awe as you look around the property at the extensive stonework, gardens, decks and architectural details. This expansive property is the perfect place for the kids to play in the grass, build snowmen, and soak up year-round nature. With every detail considered, this home was built by local artists. Beautiful gardens are decorated with unique sculptures and the house is full of character throughout. When you walk through the door, the floor in the entryway will blow you away with the beautiful stonework and attention to detail. Take a peek to the left and step into the sunroom to soak up the sweet rays of Vermont sunshine.

Park in the spacious one car garage and step out of the mudroom foyer into the rest of the 3 bedroom/2.5 bath open floor plan, split level, cottage style home. As you walk past the powder room and up to the next level, you’ll be welcomed by banks of windows with views of private meadows and a backdrop of the mountains. The living area with a new sectional sofa, smart TV (with AppleTV, Netflix, and HBOMax) and Sonos speakers, is separated from the dining area by a gorgeous stone fireplace.

The dining room is separated from the red cabinet filled kitchen by a beautiful black granite, raw edge bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for starting your day (organic coffee & tea included). You’ll love the open kitchen where you can socialize with your family & friends while cooking a delicious meal after a long day in the fresh air.

When you're ready to retire for a great nights sleep, walk up the steps to the primary level where you will find the large ensuite with queen bed, built-in drawers, large closets, and a clawfoot tub and separate shower. Head on up to the top level with two more bedrooms: one bedroom with 3 new twin beds and one large bedroom with queen sofa bed, desk and yoga area with beautiful views of Camel's Hump Mountain. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hall.

An added bonus for an amazing stay is hiking, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing right outside your front door. You have direct access from the yard to "The Loop" which is an old logging road that is now trails where you're invited to hike and explore. This is the perfect place to make life-long family memories in Vermont!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note for VRBO and Atlas Website bookings, on all eligible refunds, there is a 6% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees (covers the 3% for the deposit transaction and 3% to refund the transaction).
